Patria Investments (NASDAQ: PAX), uno de los principales gestores globales de activos alternativos y líder del mercado en América Latina, a través del Fondo V de Infraestructura, junto con Mercantil Colpatria, a través de MC Victorias Tempranas S.A.S., adquirió exitosamente el 100% de las participaciones accionarias de Concesión Pacífico Tres S.A.S. (la “Concesionaria”) a Constructora Meco S.A. (actuando directamente y a través de su sucursal en Colombia), Construcciones El Cóndor S.A. (BVC: ELCONDOR), y MHC Ingeniería y Construcción de Obras Civiles S.A.S.

Posse Herrera Ruiz acted as legal advisor to Fundación WWB Colombia in the consolidation of the sale of 51% of the shares of Banco W to Fundación Grupo Social through its affiliates Inversora Fundación Grupo Social S.A.S., Fundación Emprender Región and Fundación para el Desarrollo Integral Local. This transaction consolidates Fundación WWB Colombia and Fundación Grupo Social as key players and one of the most relevant in microfinance in the country.

Fundación WWB Colombia entered into an agreement  for the sale of 51% of the shares of Banco W S.A. to Inversora Fundación Grupo Social S.A.S., Fundación Emprender Región and Fundación para el Desarrollo Integral Local. 

Constructora Meco S.A. has sought legal counsel from Posse Herrera Ruiz to sell its 26% stake in Concesión Pacífico Tres S.A.S. to Patria Investments. The transaction has been signed, and its closing is subject to customary conditions for these types of transactions, including government and lenders required authorizations. 

PHR acted as counsel to Agora Partnerships Colombia, in the strategic acquisition of 100% of the shares in Creative Lab SAS BIC, a thinklab focused on social impact through different activities and projects.

PHR advises Parque Arauco SA in the preparation, negotiation and signing of the contracts. Through its subsidiary Parque Arauco Colombia SAS, acquires the acquisition for USD 17 million of 51% of the trust rights held by Fondo de Inversión Colectiva Inmobiliario INMOVAL ("INMOVAL"), in Parque Fabricato.
