Gabriel Jaramillo is a lawyer at Posse Herrera Ruiz since 2024. His professional practice focuses on Real estate and Land use, urban planning and development 

Gabriel has three years of experience in litigation, commercial law, and corporate law. He has advised major national companies in managing and coordinating extraordinary appeals before Colombia’s higher courts and has participated in complex commercial litigation and arbitration proceedings.

Gabriel was part of the team that advised one of the country’s leading trust companies in handling more than ten disputes in cassation proceedings, with a cumulative value exceeding USD 6,000,000, related to the development of a real estate project in the city of Cali. He has also supported private and public entities, as well as financial sector organizations, in resolving disputes and arbitrations.

Before joining Posse Herrera Ruiz, Gabriel worked at the Colombian law firm as part of the commercial and corporate law team and the dispute resolution team.
