Lucas Posada has been an associate at Posse Herrera Ruiz since 2024. His professional practice focuses on White-Collar Crime and Compliance and internal investigations.

Lucas has experience as an attorney advisor in economic criminal law, tax law and compliance matters. He has focused on the defense of his clients interests through legal counseling and litigating in criminal proceedings as a representative of victims and as a defense attorney. 

Before joining Posse Herrera Ruiz, Lucas worked in the Fourth Section of the Council of State, handling tax related affairs. Prior to this, he worked as an associate in different law firms in the areas of corporate criminal law, compliance and tax law.
