María Alejandra Mojica Ariza  is an associate at Posse Herrera Ruiz since 2024. Her professional practice focuses on Energy and Natural Resources. 

María Alejandra advises clients on the development of projects for companies in the mining and energy industries, the drafting of energy supply contracts, self-generation and co-generation schemes, and the execution of due diligence processes.   

Prior to joining Posse Herrera Ruiz, María Alejandra worked at the Agencia Nacional de Defensa Jurídica del Estado and at an International Arbitration Law Firm, where she assisted in the defense of States in International Commercial and Investment Arbitration disputes.
