Posse Herrera Ruiz has advised Colombia Móvil S.A. E.S.P. (Tigo Colombia) in the negotiation of an asset purchase agreement with KKR, whereby a local SPV incorporated by KKR would acquire more than 1000 telecommunication towers from Tigo.

PHR served as the legal counsel for Productos Naturales de la Sabana S.A.S. BIC, also known as Alquería, in their investment in Inade S.A.S., a disruptive start-up that produces healthy and artisanal food products under the brand name VITAD.

Posse Herrera Ruiz acted as local counsel and coordinated the legal teams in different jurisdictions of Odinsa S.A., the concessions company of Grupo Argos, in the closing of the strategic alliance with Macquarie Asset Management (MAM), the world's largest infrastructure asset manager, for the operation and investment in Odinsa's airport infrastructure business in Colombia and Ecuador, in which each has a 50% stake and which includes aggregate assets of around COP 1.3 billion.

PHR acted as Colombian local counsel to Talanx Group in the acquisition of Liberty Mutual’s businesses in Brazil, Colombia, Chile and Ecuador. With this acquisition, Talanx becomes the third-largest insurer in Latin America through its subsidiary HDI International. The acquisition has been approved by the SFC and has been closed on March 1st, 2024.

PHR has acted as Colombian local counsel to Odinsa S.A., in the transfer of a second and final transfer of its remaining shares in Concesión Vial de los Llanos S.A.S. to the investment platform for toll road assets created by Odinsa S.A. and Macquarie Asset Management (MAM).
