creating Posse Herrera Posse and transitioning to the firm into something beyond a family business.<\/p><p>With the involvement of Jose Alejandro Torres and Alvaro Jose Rodriguez, the firm concentrated its efforts in cases focused on dispute resolution, advisory services for the financial sector, the development of power generation projects and mergers and
