Their human quality, together with their extensive knowledge and experience in their areas of work are attributes that make us feel proud that they represent our firm at the highest level.<\/p>\n<p>Susana is part of the Corporate Law and M&amp;A team. She started working at Posse Herrera Ruiz in 2012, where she remained until 2016, when she went on to work in companies in the energy and financial sectors, to rejoin the firm again in 2019. She has more than 12 years\u2019 experience, and she has participated in some of the largest M&amp;A transactions in the country, in addition to leading many transactions of local and multinational companies in all sectors of the economy. She graduated as a lawyer from Universidad Javeriana and holds a Master of Laws degree from Columbia University.\u00a0 Susana will reinforce the Corporate and M&amp;A team, which has more than 20 lawyers and 6 partners.<\/p>\n<p>Jes\u00fas is part of the Financial and Capital Markets team. Prior to joining the firm in 2016, he worked in Mexico and in the United States at firms such as Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom.\u00a0 He has more than 15 years\u2019 experience, participating in the most important and innovative project financings in the country. He is licensed to practice in Mexico, New York and Colombia. He holds a law degree from the Universidad Iberoamericana de Mexico and an LLM in Business Law from New York University.
