Grupo IMSA S.A. has completed the sale of 100% of its stake in the company O-tek Internacional S.A.S., controlling entity of its piping business through the “O-tek” trademark, to WIG Latam Holding GmbH, an entity that is part of the Austrian business group Wietersdorfer Gruppe. The sale of O-tek Internacional S.A.S. includes 100% of the piping business of Grupo IMSA S.A. in Colombia and Mexico and 25.1% of its piping business in Argentina.<\/p>\n
