The public consultation took place from February 23 to March 30<sup>th<\/sup>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The subject discussed was the content of the Manual of good practices of the copyrights collective management societies.
