{"id":9229,"date":"2016-06-16T15:35:44","date_gmt":"2016-06-16T20:35:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/phrdev.pixelpro.website\/novedades-categoria\/changes-in-the-tax-id-2\/"},"modified":"2020-10-26T12:31:28","modified_gmt":"2020-10-26T17:31:28","slug":"changes-in-the-tax-id-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/phrlegal.pixelpro.one\/en\/changes-in-the-tax-id-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Changes in the TAX-ID"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">New amendment to the TAX-ID (RUT) for those taxpayers required to keep accounting books.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The RUT must be amended to include \u201c<em>Tax Responsibility No. 42- Required to keep accounting books<\/em>\u201d, and for identifying the accounting group to which the taxpayer belongs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Colombian Tax Authority \u2013 DIAN- required all individuals and legal entities that are obliged to maintain accounting books, to amend their RUT for purposes of including the new \u201c<em>Tax Responsibility No. 42 \u2013 Required to have accounting books<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Additionally, in section No. 89 of the RUT, the taxpayer must identify the accounting group to which it belongs, in accordance with Decree 2420 of 2015.
