Posse Herrera Ruiz acted as legal advisor to Grupo A\u00fana in Colombia (\u201cAuna<\/u>\u201d), controlled by the Peruvian private equity fund Enfoca, in the acquisition of a 97.3% stake in Promotora M\u00e9dica Las Americas, the holding company of Grupo Las Americas which owns several health sector companies. Closing took place on December 27, 2018 after the Superintendence of Health authorized the acquisition.<\/p>\n
