Constructora Meco S.A. has sought legal counsel from Posse Herrera Ruiz to sell its 26% stake in Concesión Pacífico Tres S.A.S. to Patria Investments. The transaction has been signed, and its closing is subject to customary conditions for these types of transactions, including government and lenders required authorizations. 

Posse Herrera Ruiz acted as Colombian counsel to TMF Colombia Ltda, as collateral agent, in connection with the refinancing of the 4G road project connecting Pamplona and Cúcuta

PHR has acted as Colombian local counsel to Odinsa S.A., in the transfer of a second and final transfer of its remaining shares in Concesión Vial de los Llanos S.A.S. to the investment platform for toll road assets created by Odinsa S.A. and Macquarie Asset Management (MAM). 

Posse Herrera Ruiz acted as legal counsel to Concesión La Pintada S.A.S and its sponsor Odinsa S.A. and West Valley JL Holdco Limited in the dollar refinancing of its Project Autopista Conexión Pacífico 2, granted under the Concession Agreement No.006 of 2014 part of the second group of the fourth (4th) Generation Toll Road Concession Projects known as 4G.

Affiliates of Grupo Parque Arauco, Parque Arauco Colombia S.A. and Inversiones Inmobiliarias Bucaramanga Arauco S.A.S, on one hand and Fondo de Inversión Colectiva Inmobiliario INMOVAL, managed by Credicorp Capital Colombia S.A., on the other, entered into a purchase and contribution agreement that will result in INMOVAL holding 49% of the participation rights of a trust that will own (indirectly) “Parque La Colina Centro Comercial” located in Bogotá and Parque Caracolí Centro Comercial located in Floridablanca, both, Colombian cities.
